Project Description
Denver’s Sustainability Park features 91 condominiums centered around a private park, orchard and community garden, and an award-winning Japanese restaurant with a greenhouse on its roof. Brick patterns create texture, allowing light and shadow to play on walls and balconies. Turned bricks encourage greenery to climb. A unique brick and glass brick wall system wraps the southern façade of the restaurant.
