We are so grateful for the leadership of our Board of Directors. This hard-working group sets the goals and drives the strategic plan of the organization. They also ensure that RMMI has the resources it needs to provide consistent value for its members. The Board is comprised of four Executive Officers and eight Directors who serve 2-3 year terms.

Future Leaders

Future Leaders Group (FLG)

This group is the brainchild of our youngest RMMI Board members, who have a burning desire to develop the next generation of industry leaders, and to make it easier for the best and brightest in our field to build relationships, grow their leadership skills, and advance their careers.

FLG will host networking events, a leadership development and mentoring program, and industry marketing initiatives geared toward future leaders in architecture, engineering, construction, and real estate development.

Who can join the Future Leaders Group? Members who are passionate about masonry. Great at what they do. Open to learning and sharing new ideas. There’s no age limit for our Future Leaders. We’re seeking people who are important to the future of their companies – young in age, young in experience, or young at heart.

Interested in joining this dynamic group? Contact one of our co-chairs!

Signature Events Committee

This fun, diverse group gets together several times a year to plan our most popular Signature Events, including the Annual Clay Shoot, Golf Classic, and Holiday Party. Committee members also reach out to our membership regularly to encourage participation and sponsorship of RMMI events, and to glean new ideas for upcoming programs.

Skills Training Task Force

This task force is guiding development of a new 18-month “Fast Track” Masonry Apprenticeship Program. In addition, committee members will lead the charge to recruit and train our next generation of skilled masons.
