Project Description
Home to the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, this building now welcomes students and dignitaries to work together on the challenges of our global community. The five-story building features signature elements, including load-bearing masonry and a tower that has become part of the university’s skyline. Sustainability is key, as University Architect Mark Rodgers explains. “We need to build to last a long time. Brick and stone masonry can withstand leaks and has a high thermal mass.”
