Project Description
This handsome building stops you in your tracks as you wander Denver’s River North neighborhood. Is it old, or is it new? After studying nearby historic brick warehouses, the architects echoed those proportions and materials in their new structure. Guests enter through a steel and glass storefront, while the floors above showcase a series of brick bays and pilasters, with a stepped brick design in the cornices.
