Project Description
This center fills Denver’s long-standing need for a centrally located recreation facility. The unique design includes a 30-ft-tall outdoor climbing wall and bouldering area. There’s a gymnasium placed over the pool, a full-size basketball court, and lots of space for the community to gather, even on the roof. The building earned a LEED Gold certification for its energy-efficient lighting, heating, water conservation, and regional and recycled materials.
